Bringing it all together

I love seeing children around horses. There is such a special bond that forms whether it be with their own pony or with their favorite pony at their local barn. I remember for years religiously writing down the name of the horse I rode for my weekly lesson, whether it was a good ride or not and what ribbons I won whenever I competed in a gymkhana. I still have the notebook. And all my ribbons!

I love being able to capture that special bond in my photography as well as some of those precious moments that will mean so much to the young riders for so many years to come.
